Abstract
The Patient, who was a 13 years old boy, had a bizzare lesion on his left cheek area What is called as "elephautiasis neuromatosa"and asymmetric areas of cuta-neous melanin pigmentation, often described as "Cafe-au-lait" spots, on his trunk and extremities. We tried to make a radical operation on that lesion under G. O. P anesthesia, but did not accomplish to remove entire lesion for it’s anatomical difficalty.
